Unrivalled Service and Support
Premium Projects
For highly esteemed projects, such as those offering our Laura Ashley Kitchen Collection, we offer a Premium Projects service. Here our local Business Account Manager is supported by our Premium Installation team who are experienced in project managing and installing high-end specification kitchens.
Designs will be created by our Premium Projects Designers who are skilled in creating stunning kitchen designs for these types of properties.
The entire process is coordinated by a Premium Project Installation Manager who works alongside the Business Account Manager, from initial designs through to plot sign off.
Skyline
We have a dedicated specialist Skyline team for those prestigious and unique projects, such as high rise, city-centre developments.
Each project is assessed individually, allocated and managed by a skilled Project Management team. Our Skyline team is perfect for fast-moving and more intricate projects.

Multiple Service Packages
Supply Only
Full Business Account Manager support and all products are delivered to site via Symphony transport for you to distribute, store and fit. Our Customer Care team are on hand for
post-occupancy issues.
Supply & Fit
Full Business Account Manager, Installation Manager and Customer Care support and all products are delivered to site via Symphony transport for you to distribute and store. The kitchen will normally be fitted within three working days, unless alternative arrangements have been made.
Deluxe Supply & Fit
Many developers take advantage of our Deluxe, Supply & Fit service which includes all the benefits of the standard supply & fit, plus an offload team that will meet each delivery and offload the products direct into the plot. Symphony assumes responsibility for the goods until the plot is signed off (excludes theft), as long as the plot is ready for delivery.
