The Symphony kitchen in your new home has been built to the highest standards by the country’s largest supplier of quality fitted furniture to housebuilders and developers.

Below you will find a number of options if you wish to add to your Kitchen, or Bedroom.

Stock Items, such as Handles, Paint Pots and Cutlery Trays are available to obtain via a quick quote form. Larger Parts to Order, such as Splashbacks and additional units, will require some additional information for you to provide, and we will get back to you.

More complex items to expand your Kitchen, or Bedroom will require additional expertise from our retailers. Therefore if you can complete the relevant forms we will endeavour to get back to you to discuss your requirements in greater detail.

Who manufactures my kitchen, or bedroom?

If you’ve moved into a new home your kitchen, or bedroom may be manufactured by the Symphony Group. We are the UK’s largest privately-owned manufacturer of fitted kitchen, and fitted bedroom furniture. An easy way to tell is by asking your developer for your plot details, identifying our Symphony branded hinge cover caps, or by locating the plot details label on the inside of your sink cupboard.

Who fitted my kitchen, or bedroom?

If you have confirmed that it is us, the Symphony Group, who have supplied your kitchen, then it is likely that it was fitted by our own Symphony fitters or by independent trade fitters contracted by one of our retailers. The other possibility is that it was supply only, so please can you qualify that either the housebuilder/developer will have fitted the furniture, or we will have fitted it on their behalf.

Who do I contact if there's a problem with my kitchen, or bedroom?

In the unfortunate and rare instances where you have an issue with your Symphony kitchen, or bedroom, you should first contact your developer to report the issue. We work closely with all our developers to rectify any issues in a timely, efficient, and professional manor.

What does my order number or plot details look like?

The label on the inside of your sink cupboard and the info pack that you may have received from your developer when you moved in will have a Symphony order number. The order number enables us to identify your exact kitchen design and typically looks like this; PD/123456/7, and your plot details will look something like this – Housebuilder name, Waverly Place, Plot 132.

How do I know what Range, Handle and Worktop I have?

Your order number and plot details enable us to quickly and accurately identify your furniture design. If required you can also use our Additional Units brochure to assist with identifying the furniture range, work surface and handles.

Can I report a problem with my kitchen, or bedroom direct to Symphony Group?

In the unlikely instance that your developer is unable to assist with your issue, you can contact the Symphony Group via email (please reefer to the contact us page). We always aim to respond to all enquiries as soon as possible.
