Symphony Kitchens in New Build Homes
Are you in the process of buying a new build property which will have a fitted Symphony kitchen? Or do you already own a new home with our product installed?
If so this page will explain the process your kitchen has gone through and should help answer any questions you may have.
Are you interested in adding to your Symphony Kitchen?
1 Choices
Your developer will select the kitchen style based on the location and property style. You may be asked to pick the range and worktop colour for your kitchen.
Samples are typically available for you to view and you can use our kitchen designer to review how colour choices look together.
2 Installation
Now the options are agreed, this will be fitted into the home in the layout designed by the developer and Symphony designers.
This kitchen may be installed by Symphony or by your developer.
3 Your Kitchen
When you have moved into your home, waiting for you will be a beautiful brand new Symphony kitchen.
You should find our ‘Welcome to Your New Home’ brochure in the property, which details care and maintenance advice. If you do not have a copy one can be downloaded here.

4 Finishing Touches and Extra Units
The units and features of your kitchen are agreed by your developer. You may wish to add extra storage, or change some accessories such as handles.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does my kitchen have a warranty?
Your Symphony kitchen comes with a 5 year guarantee.
We manufacture our products to a high standard with care and attention to detail; as such, we are
confident that the look and use of our products will continue for many years. However, should you
discover a defect in any of our products within five years of the product being delivered to you we will
carry out an investigation and replace any defective components free of charge.

Who do I contact if there is a problem with my kitchen?
If you are snagging or into the first 2 years on your new homeownership you should contact your developer, because your warranty is with them.
Please be aware that appliance warranties are not with Symphony but with the appliance manufacturer themselves.
I have seen a Symphony range I like, but it isn't in my options, can I change this?
Your developer will have selected the ranges and finishes for you to choose from based on the property style. As our contract is with the developer, we are unable to let you swap the ranges offered for one of our other styles.
You can change your frontals, worktops and handles once you have moved into the property through our ‘order extras’ process.

How does a kitchen upgrade work?
Some developers may offer the option of upgrade packages, this will mean that they are offering you a product range, or additional product, that isn’t in their standard offering for your property or site.
This upgrade is agreed between you and the developer at their specified cost, and is not something Symphony are involved in, except when we supply additional or amended product on request from the developer.
I am decorating my new kitchen and would like to match the kitchen, do you offer RAL codes?
We do not provide RAL codes for our door frontals.
If you would like to match the decor to the range finish we recommend removing either a door or drawer front and taking this to a local DIY store for a colour match.
Where can I find out more about my kitchen, including how to care for it?
Symphony has created a site just for owners of our product, My.Symphony.
This site has been developed to provide you with helpful advice on caring for your kitchen, alongside information on warranties.
The site also provides advice on quick fixes you can do at home, such as altering hinges and drawer boxes.
