We dealt with Mark who produced the design based on our requirements and explained our options for the different kitchen ranges, appliances and worktops etc. There was no “hard sell” and he was willing to take time to revisit details until we were happy. He kept in touch throughout the installation and made sure we were pleased with the final result, making more than one site visit in the process.

The fitter (Mick) did an excellent job, completing the work to a high standard within the original expected timescale. He also made one or two suggested improvements to the detail of the design which added to the overall finish. They arranged for the worktops to be installed by a specialist company with a first-class result.
